Ingredients: |
| For 6 people - In the grolle, combine warm coffee, the zests and the sugar. Place the sugar on the edge of the cup. Heat brandy (grappa or another white alcohol). Saturate the sugar then pour the rest into the coffee, light the sugar lumps and let them fall into the cup. Served and drunk as a sign of great friendship. |

- Sugar : 6 morceaux
- Piece of lemon peel
- Brandy : 6 petits verres
