Receipt: Ingredients:
Grate the potatoes with a large hole grater, drain well. Grate the pear, mix then add the dried raisins, season. Line the buttered mold with slices of smoked bacon, pour in the preparation, add the milk and cook in a Bain Marie in the over for 3 hours. Remove from the mold whilst very hot and serve helpings accompanied by sausages, bacon or meat in a sauce (filet mignon). - Potato : 1,5 kgs
- Stoned Prunes : 200 grs
- Dried raisins : 100 grs
- Smoked bacon : 15 tranches fines
- Milk : 1 verre
- Salt
- Pepper
