| The best way to avoid drying out is to leave the cheese on th Girolle baseplate and, after tacking off the shaping blade, to protect it with a sheet of tinfoil or a moist cloth. Cover it with the original cheese cover before putting it back into the fridge. This will keep the cheese in good condition for the next enjoyable snack. The cover on the picture will may be not the design you will receive, it's depend of our stock at the moment. |
