Cut the meat into thin slices approximately ½ cm think. Sprinkle the meat with herbs from Provence and place on the stone. Cook to your personal taste. Accompany the meat with various sauces. (Béarnaise, American, Aïoli etc). Serve with young vegetables that have already been sliced, cook them on the stone until golden brown. (Tomatoes, button mushrooms, courgettes.) |
