Receipt: Ingredients:
Cut the meat in quite thick slices, place it on a serving dish, then cook it slice by slice on the lightly oiled grill. The length of cooking time depends on your personal taste (blue, rare, medium). Allow around 150 to 200 grammes of meat per person. Cut the meat shortly before the meal, this way it will stay tender. Braserade is made with top quality beef and is accompanied by different sauces or fine herbs. It is also served with Jacket potatoes, pickled onions, and gherkins. - No specific ingredient for this receipt
